How to Scrape LinkedIn Sales Navigator with WizLeads

Overview

This guide covers the process for extracting leads from Sales Navigator:

  1. Generate a valid search URL from Sales Navigator

  2. Create a scraping task in WizLeads

  3. Configure task settings

  4. Run the scrape and download results

Before You Start

Confirm you have:

  • An active WizLeads account with available credits

  • A LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription

  • Defined target criteria (job titles, industries, locations)


Step 1: Access Sales Navigator

Log into LinkedIn and go to linkedin.com/sales.


Step 2: Configure Search Filters & Export

Click Lead Search and apply your targeting criteria:

With the WizLeads Helper extension installed, click the purple "Export" button in the top right corner. This redirects you to the WizLeads task creation page where you'll:

  • Enter a task name

  • Click "Process Inputs" to verify your URL

  • Select account-less scraping if preferred

  • Enable Smart Link Splitting (Agency or Cartel plans only) for searches over 2,500 results


Step 4: Name Your Task & Validate Search URLs

Enter a descriptive task name.

Examples:

  • Marketing Directors - USA - Tech Industry

  • CEOs - California - SaaS Companies

Now, Paste your Sales Navigator URL into the "Search URLs" field, then click "Validate URLs".

For multiple URLs:

  • Add up to 50 URLs per task (20 with Smart Link Splitting)

  • Enter each URL on a new line or separate with commas


Step 6: Configure Task Settings

For searches with over 2,500 results, this feature automatically divides the search by geography or industry and retrieves all matching leads.


Step 7: Create and Monitor Your Task

Click "Create Task". You'll be redirected to the Tasks page where you can monitor progress.

Stop request received

Stopped and already scraped results ready for download

When status shows Done:

  1. Click the Download button (↓ icon)

  2. Results download as a CSV file

  3. Open in Excel, Google Sheets, or your CRM

CSV data includes: Full Name, Job Title, Company Name, Location, LinkedIn Profile URL, Connection Degree, Industry, Company Size, and more.
