If your task is stuck in "Queued" status or shows "In Progress" without scraping any leads, check these common causes:
Check Your Credit Balance
Insufficient credits is the most common issue. Each lead costs 1 credit (or 2 credits in Account-Less mode). Check your balance in the Billing section. If your balance is zero or lower than the estimated task size, purchase additional credits or upgrade your subscription.
Session Expired
Go to Accounts and check if your account shows a warning. If your session has expired, click "Automatic Capture" to refresh your connection.
Rate Limited
If you see a "Too Many Requests" error, your account has hit LinkedIn's daily rate limits. Wait 24 hours before resuming scraping.
Account Restricted
Check if you can access Sales Navigator directly. If not, your account may be temporarily restricted by LinkedIn. This is rare but may require you to verify your account ID with LinkedIn before continuing.
