How long does it take to scrape my task?

Written by Rebecca

Scraping speed is straightforward: it takes approximately 7-8 minutes per account to scrape 1,000 leads.

Typical Timeframes (Per Account)

500 leads

1,000 leads

8 minutes

2,500 leads

20 minutes

10,000 leads

Speed Up Your Scraping

Add more accounts to dramatically reduce completion time:

Single task with multiple links: Allocate multiple accounts to one task. WizLeads distributes the links across your accounts, allowing them to scrape in parallel.

Multiple tasks: Run separate tasks simultaneously, with each task using a different account.

Example: A task with 10,000 leads takes 70-80 minutes with one account, but only 18-20 minutes with four accounts working in parallel.

Factors That Affect Speed

Daily limits: If your account has a daily limit of 2,000 leads, a task with 5,000 leads will take at least 3 days to complete.

Queue position: During peak usage, your task starts after others ahead of it complete.

Smart Link Splitting: When enabled, this adds processing time to split and process multiple sub-queries, but allows you to bypass the 2,500-result limit.

Monitoring Progress

  • Check the Tasks page for real-time progress

  • The progress bar shows approximate completion

  • You'll receive a notification when your task completes

Tips for Faster Results

  • Add multiple accounts to distribute the workload

  • Split very large searches into smaller parallel tasks

  • Increase your daily limit if using connected accounts

  • Use Account-Less mode to avoid personal account constraints
