Step-by-step guide to linking your LinkedIn Sales Navigator account for faster scraping
Overview
Connecting your Sales Navigator account allows WizLeads to:
Scrape leads faster using your SN session
Access all SN filters (including TeamLink, connections, etc.)
Use fewer credits (1 credit vs 2 for Account-Less mode)
Note: Connecting an account is optional. You can use Account-Less Scraping if you prefer not to connect any account.
Before You Start
Confirm you have:
An active LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription
A WizLeads account
WizLeads Helper extension installed
Step 1: Navigate to Accounts Page
Log into WizLeads and click "Accounts" in the sidebar.
You'll see your current connected accounts (if any).
Step 2: Click Add Account
Click the "Add Account" button to see available account types.
Select Sales Navigator for scraping LinkedIn Sales Navigator leads.
Step 3: Capture LinkedIn Cookie
With the WizLeads Helper extension installed and LinkedIn Sales Navigator logged inside the same browser:
Click the "Automatic Capture" button
The extension automatically captures your LinkedIn session cookie
You'll see a confirmation message
Security Note: WizLeads only captures session cookies needed for scraping. We never store your password.
Step 4: Configure Account Settings
After capturing your cookie, the configuration form appears.
Configuration Options

Country | Select where you access LinkedIn from (used for proxy routing) |
Daily Limit | Maximum leads to scrape per day |
Slow Ramp Up | Automatically increases scraping gradually to your daily limit |
Recommended Settings
For new accounts:
Daily Limit: 2,500
Slow Ramp Up: Enabled (recommended)
For established accounts:
Daily Limit: 5,000-10,000
Slow Ramp Up: Enabled (recommended)
Important: Slow ramp up gradually increases your scraping volume to avoid triggering LinkedIn's rate limiting. We'll automatically ramp up until we reach your daily limit.
Step 5: Verify Connection
Once configured, your account will show:
Status: ✅ Active
Last Used: When the account was last used for scraping
Daily Usage: Credits used today vs. daily limit
Account Management
Removing an Account
To disconnect an account:
Click the account row to expand
Click "Remove" or the trash icon
Confirm deletion
Note: Removing an account doesn't affect your LinkedIn profile. It only removes the connection from WizLeads.
Using Multiple Accounts
Benefits of multiple accounts:
Faster scraping (distributed across accounts)
Higher daily limits total
Reduced risk of rate limiting
To add another account:
Use separate browser profiles for each LinkedIn account
Repeat steps 1-4 for each profile
WizLeads automatically distributes work across accounts
Recommended: Use multiple browser profiles rather than logging in and out repeatedly from one profile.

Troubleshooting
"Session Expired" Error
Your LinkedIn session needs refreshing:
Log back into LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Click "Automatic Capture" in the WizLeads accounts section
The extension will capture your new session
"Too Many Requests" Warning
LinkedIn has rate limited your account. Wait 24 hours before continuing scraping tasks. Consider using Account-Less mode or reducing your daily limit.
"Login Failed" Error
Check that you're logged into LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Ensure the WizLeads Helper extension is installed and enabled
Try refreshing the LinkedIn page before capturing
Disable any VPN during cookie capture
Can't See Filters When Scraping
Some filters (TeamLink, Viewed Profile, etc.) require a connected account. They won't work in Account-Less mode.
