Check Your LinkedIn Session
Log out of LinkedIn completely, clear your browser cookies for linkedin.com, then log back in. Session conflicts can occur if you're logged into multiple LinkedIn accounts or if your session has expired.
Verify Your Subscription
An active Sales Navigator subscription is required unless you're using account-less mode.
Try a Different Browser
If the connection still fails, delete the account from WizLeads and re-add it using a different browser profile.
